Refund policy
We apologize in advance, but we do not accept returns or refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged (broken glass), we will happily offer a replacement. Please send an email to ladyearthcandleco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order along with the following:
- Picture of your damaged item.
- A picture of the shipping box and packaging from your order.
- A picture of your shipping label ( allows us to find your order faster).
If failed to send a message about your broken item within the 7 days, you no longer qualify to get a replacement. We encourage you to still send us a message to see if we can find a solution!
