How do I get the most out of my candle?
For the first burn make sure to burn for 4 hours, allowing a full melt pool to prevent tunneling. After the first burn, burn anywhere from 2 to 4 hours at a time. Make sure to trim the wick 1/4 inch before every burn to prevent soot and ensure a steady flame. Burn candles in a draft-free area to avoid uneven burning, smoking, or flickering. Always burn within sight and extinguish the flame before leaving the room. Ensure candles are out of reach of little hands and curious paws. Place candles on a stable, heat safe surface away from flammable items. Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains to avoid overheating the container.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
We apologize in advance, but we do not accept returns or refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged (broken glass), we will happily offer a replacement. Please send an email to Ladyearthcandleco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order along with the following:
- Picture of your damaged item.
- A picture of the shipping box and packaging from your order.
- A picture of your shipping label ( allows us to find your order faster).
If failed to send a message about your broken item within the 7 days, you no longer qualify to get a replacement. We encourage you to still send us a message to see if we can find a solution!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed in 2-4 days. Shipping time depends on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3-7 days.
What happens if my package gets stolen, delivered to the wrong address, or entering your address incorrectly?
Lady Earth Candle Co is not responsible for stolen packages or wrong address delivery. Please file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible of your package once it's dropped off with the carrier, it is solely the carriers responsibility. Please double check when inserting your address to prevent entering wrong address.
Can I cancel my order after it's placed ?
You have 24 hours to cancel order, unless we have shipped out your order. Once shipped out we can no longer cancel your order. Please email us at Ladyearthcandleco@gmail.com to make cancellations.
Can I reuse the candle jar?
Yes! Once your candle has burned down to the last 1/2 inch of wax, you can clean the jar with warm soapy water and repurpose it for storage, plants, or decor.

We love working with boutiques, events, and custom orders. Please reach out through our contact page for wholesale and custom inquiries.
